Jana Kissling is a PhD candidate at the International Conflict Research Group. She holds an MA in Comparative and International Studies from ETH (2023) and a BA in Political Science and Law from the University of Zurich (2021). She is interested in ethnic power relations, nationalist rhetoric, democratisation and electoral violence. Further interests include geo-spatial data and causal inference.
